In this case the "f" word was not like "f" as in "freedom of speech."  It was the other "f" word and it was boldly printed on the back of Joe Decker's pickup truck...part of the statement "If your (sic) in America, speak English or get the (insert F-word here) out."  The Pittston man was hit with a disorderly conduct charge for displaying the obscenity.

Decker says he altered the offensive word with some symbols, but he's going to challenge the citation.  The ACLU is behind him.
