FBI Takes Documents From COLTS

The FBI has requested documents from the County of Lackawanna Transit System. The Times-Tribune tried to get the particulars on what was handed to the feds but the lid is tight on this one. The newspaper reports that COLTS was told by investigators not to release any information related to what was handed over. Prosecutors are expected to go to a grand jury this month and ask that former county commissioner Bob Cordaro and minority commissioner A.J. Munchak be indicted. There had been word earlier this year that the indictments were to be sought last month.
