Can you help identify the remains of a white woman...maybe 40 to 50 years old...whose body was found along Toby Creek in Luzerne last evening?
It had a unique feature...the left arm was wrapped in a bright green cast. The remains are that of woman about 5-4, 95 to 105 pounds, short dark brown hair and hazle eyes. Anyone who can help with the case should call police.
