The Republican candidate for Congress in the 10th District will stray from the campaign trail and head for Saint Paul, Minnesota. Chris Hackett has been given two minutes of talk time at the podium of the Republican National Convention. He'll speak on opening day....September 1st. Hackett is running against incumbent Democrat Chris Carney.
