Child Raped in Lackawanna County
It was the holiday from hell for a Taylor family. 40 year old Felix Montoya allegedly raped and attempted to kill a five year old girl. He had attended a 4th of July picnic at the home of the family of the girl. The criminal complaint says he was a friend of a friend...the child's family did not know him. She was attacked during the night, after she went to bed.
