Taylor Rape Suspect's Bail Increased

It'll be tougher for the man accused of raping and attempting to strangle a five year old Taylor girl to make bail. It's been upped to a half-million bucks. It originally stood at $200-thousand. The child required surgery for the rape-related injuries. 40 year old Felix Montoya was a stranger to the girl's family, but he had attended a Fourth of July picnic at the family home and allegedly attacked the little girl after she went to bed.
