Hugo On Trial In Monroe County

If Hugo Selenski is convicted of this one in Monroe County he could get more than 150 years in a state prison. Down the road there's a murder trial in his future in Luzerne County. That one could end up with the death penalty. In Monroe County Selenski is accused of being one of two men involved in a 2003 home invasion robbery.  Two guys broke into the Chestnut Hill home of Samuel Goosay. He says it was Selenski who threatened to kill him. Co-defendant Paul Weakly has pleaded guilty to his role in the crime...and will testify for the prosecution.
