32 year old Jamie Marciano, of White Birch Drive, Scranton has been charged with taking a wallet from the kitchen of a neighbor's home and trying to use the credit-debit card it contained. Marciano became Scranton's animal control officer in February....she's suspended without pay and free on her own recognizance. The report says she had taken her kids trick-or-treating to the neigbor's house and allegedly lifted the wallet during the visit. She also told police she started using cocaine three or four weeks ago.
