Wilkes-Barre native Gene Stilp carried his usual, Harrisburg activist campaign, northeastward.

Stilp tells WILK's CORBETT, he put up posters titled, 'Luzerne Courthouse Watch.' One the posters, Stilp urges employees and others aware of illegal activities, to make a confidential report.
