Barletta Heads "North" with Campaign

A lot of people in lower Luzerne County might consider the Wilkes Barre area "foreign territory." Hazleton Mayor Lou Barletta will journey to Wilkes-Barre Township tonight to launch the northern branch of his congressional campaign. He'll be at the Wilkes-Barre Township fire company on Watson Street at eight tonight.
