The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for Northeastern Pennsylvania for snow to begin Tuesday night. Stormtracker 16 meteorologist Joe Snedeker tells us it's too early to tell exactly how much will fall. He does say we could be getting accumulating snow for a good part of Wednesday....especially in eastern counties and the Poconos.
